Dundlod’s simplicity and disarming charm will captivate you at first sight. Singing Sands is set in the historic 1750 fortress of the Dundlod’s erstwhile royal family, a part of which is their residence even in the present day.
What is Shekhawati
Shekhawati is a region in north-eastern Rajasthan. It is home to countless villages and towns that are world renowned for their beautifully painted havelis (mansions). Besides these hundreds, if not thousands, of havelis, numerous community wells, cenotaphs, memorials, et al make this region a must visit destination for travelers who wish to slow down and soak in beautiful heritage.
